My name is Ciara Phelan and I'm a freelance designer/illustrator working in London. I studied Graphic Design at Brighton University and graduated in 2008. Until recently I worked at a small creative company called IWANT Design as a Junior Designer. Feel free to contact me for commissions or anything else that takes your fancy.
